Manufactured Membrane From Europe

Hello,

The installation of a stretch ceiling involves only two key components, yet both are equally vital. The most prominent feature, and the first thing people notice, is the membrane, which covers about 95% of the room’s surface. As such, the quality of the membrane must be impeccable. Membranes are typically manufactured by large industrial groups, often in the plastics sector, rather than by the installers themselves. These raw membranes, sold in rolls of 6.6 feet, 10.6 feet, or 16 feet wide (2 meters, 3.2 meters, or 5 meters), are distributed to smaller businesses that weld their own harpoons for attachment to the tracks. Each harpoon and track is specifically designed to ensure a secure and precise installation.

Since 1990, we have consistently sourced our harpooned membranes and tracks from the same trusted European supplier, which is backed by the world’s leading stretch membrane manufacturers. Despite frequent offers from lower-cost vendors, we remain cautious of such prices, as they often signal inferior quality. Our focus on quality, reputation, and long-term business sustainability always takes precedence over short-term profits, ensuring that we uphold the trust and respect of our customers.

Some homeowners have reported needing to vacate their premises temporarily due to the overpowering chemical odors from low-quality membranes during installation, a clear indication that substandard products are circulating in the stretch ceiling market. In contrast, none of our clients have ever complained about unpleasant odors from our installations. For us, quality is not just a policy—it’s a personal commitment.  Thank You
